    • Active subscriptions will not be automatically canceled. You must cancel them manually through your app store to avoid future charges.
    • Unused QuizGems will be permanently lost and are non-refundable.

  • Go to the Account Settings in the QuizRizz app and select Delete Account.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion process.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent. We cannot restore any data once it is deleted.
