Welcome to QuizRizz! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuizRizz mobile application and services (the "App"). By accessing or using QuizRizz, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. General Information
- Ownership:QuizRizz is owned and operated by Mauricio Figueroa ("we," "our," or "us").
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use QuizRizz. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the revised Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Use of the App
- Account Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree not to use QuizRizz for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Subscription Plans and Payments: QuizRizz offers free and subscription-based access. Premium subscriptions include features like detailed statistics, AI quiz creation, and multiplayer options. Subscriptions are billed through the app stores.
- Refund Policy: Subscriptions and in-app purchases, including QuizGems, are non-refundable, except as required by law.
3. User-Generated Content
Users can create AI-powered quizzes using QuizGems. By creating and sharing quizzes, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute your content. You agree not to create or share content that promotes hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or infringes intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App belong to QuizRizz LLC or its licensors.
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Account Termination
- User-Initiated Termination: You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon account deletion:
- All your data, including statistics and purchase history, will be permanently deleted.
- Unused QuizGems will be lost and are non-refundable.
- Active subscriptions will not be automatically canceled; you must cancel them manually through your app store.
- Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuizRizz LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By downloading, installing, or using QuizRizz, you acknowledge and agree to Apple’sEnd User License Agreement (EULA), which governs the use of this application.
